Camberwell After School Program

The children who attend C.A.S.P. are those whose parents or guardians live, work or are studying full or part time in the Borough of Southwark and are in need of a childcare service. Priority is given to lone parents.

DEPOSIT
A deposit of 2 weeks fees is required for each child for the Morning Escort Service and the after school Service. This will be held in your favour and used when two weeks notice has been given for withdrawal of your children from C.A.S.P. Saturday school users are required to pay a fee of 4 weeks in advance. A week’s advance payment will be required for each child in order to book a place on the holiday play scheme.

STUDENT CHILDCARE PLACES
If you are not responsible for paying your childcare fees yourself, and have been awarded a childcare grant. We will need accurate information about the awarding body to enable us to assist in securing your place with us. All students’ parents are required to provide evidence and confirmation of who will be responsible for payment of their childcare fees. We will require the contact person name, address of the awarding body and telephone number before we can confirm a place for your child and starting date. Parents are awarded a childcare grant based on the information that is provided, therefore if a parent withdraws their child/children from the service before the term end, we will inform the awarding body.

PAYMENT
Fees can be paid on Mondays and Tuesdays until 6.00pm. All fees must be paid in advance only and not in arrears. Fees can be paid by cash or cheque (if accompanied with a banker’s card payable to “Camberwell After School Project”). Camberwell After School Project will not accept any charges incurred by returned or dishonored cheque. A fee of £5.00 will be charged in retrospect for bank charges and administration costs. Payment by cheque will not be accepted from parents if it has been returned unpaid by the bank on two occasions and will be required to use other method of payment.
