The number of applications we receive per year greatly exceeds the number of available places. We accept a fixed number of pupils per year and this in done in accordance with the school’s admission policy.
To ensure that your child’s application is processed promptly and efficiently, you must download the application form or collect one from our office. Please note that you will need Acrobat Acrobat Reader to view these documents. The application forms would have to be completed in clear, legible handwriting and ensure that you have signed and dated it in the correct place. The completed form can be sent via post or handed-in at our office.
Once your application has been received, we will inform the parent whether or not we have a space available. If there is a space available, we will set a date for the parent to attend an induction and arrange for their child to start. If there is no space available, the child’s details will be added to the waiting list and the parent will be notified when a space becomes available. We aim to offer spaces within six months of receiving an application.
When a space is offered, the parent/carer must attend an induction to go through the organisations admission guidelines. At the induction they will need to complete an Entry Profile Form for their child and are required to pay a deposit of two weeks fees to confirm the place for their children. The deposit is held and used when the parent gives written notice of two weeks to withdraw the child from the project. When the child’s attendance at the project commences the parent will then start to pay the weekly fee.
