Refreshments snacks meals breakfast packed lunches

Healthy refreshments, meals and breakfasts are provided by our Play Workers.  Meal times are important for growing children and we use fresh ingredients which include fruits and vegetables.  We make healthy nutritious snacks for the children and cater for their individual diets.  Please let our Play Manager know, if your child has a special diet, allergies or food dislikes that requires us to make a specially catered meal for them whilst they are with us.
We encourage children to bring healthy packed lunches during the holiday playscheme. Packed lunches should not contain glass bottles or fizzy drinks.
On special occasions we may have some treats for the children which sometimes include sugary or savoury foods and drinks, for our celebrations or children’s parties e.g. cakes, sweets, biscuits, crisps and chocolates, fizzy drinks etc.  Please let our Play Manager’s know if your child has a food allergy or you would prefer them to have an alternative snacks or drinks on these occasions.

Children with Special Needs

CASP is committed to providing an appropriate and high quality service to all children.  We believe that all children including those who have special needs are unique and all are entitled to access the full range of activities.  However, some children may need special provisions to be made for them.  If your child has learning difficulties or a physical a disability which calls for a special provision to be made for them please contact your Play Manager.

Safeguarding Children Policy

Data Protection law in the UK changed in May 2018.

It’s now called the General Data Protection Regulation GDPR.
The regulation is about protecting people in the modern information age. It gives more control to individuals and more responsibilities to organisations which collect and hold your data. GDPR affects everyone. Consent is no longer ongoing and we will be required to renew consent annually. In addition to this you can withdraw consent at anytime.

If you would like to discuss how changes in GDPR affects you and your child whilst at CASP then feel free to contact us.
