Welcome to the Camberwell After School Project (CASP). We are a registered charity which was founded by Carmen Lindsay MBE in 1985. Our mission is to deliver a coherent range of childcare services which meet the needs of parents, particularly single parents, who wish to work and/or study in Southwark.

October Half Term ClosurE
Dear Parents
Please note that we will NOT be open during the October half-term week. Over the past three years, interest in this service has been consistently low and, unfortunately, not financially sustainable for us to offer during the half-term breaks.
Our next holiday playschemes will run during the Easter and Summer 2026 school holidays. We appreciate your understanding and hope that you can find suitable alternative provisions during the half-term weeks.

AFTER SCHOOL CLUB IS BACK

We Run our after school club services at Badsworth Road from Monday to Friday, 3:00pm – 6:00pm (extended hours to 6:30pm) are available at an extra charge.
After school the children are collected by our Play Workers (who are easily identified by our CASP labelled high visible orange jackets) and safely escorted to our centres. The children also wear high visible jackets while walking in pairs to our centre. Children who attend St Joseph’s RC Primary and Infant Schools and John Ruskin Primary Schools are brought to our Badsworth Road centre. Whilst at the centre children are provided with light refreshments and a variety of structured, recreational, educational and play activities. Holiday Playscheme IN CAMBERWELL

We are open from 8.00am – 6.30pm throughout the school holidays (except week 6 in August and two weeks at Christmas).
During this period we offer a wide programme of activities including creative arts and crafts, sports, drama, games and regular outings. We provide an educational and stimulating environment for children, which enhances their development of social skills. Throughout your child’s stay at CASP, they will experience varied and enriching activities such as: • football • basketball • arts & crafts • cooking • painting • drama • library visits/local parks visits • games/puzzles and much more! |
